Tuesday training

Cor blimey - a refreshing 2 mile swim this morning. Temp measured about 12.5 degress, thats quite a few degrees down from a last week 15-16 averages.

I've just come back from a training weekend at Dover where the were 30+ other channel solo swimmers training for their big days. It was a great weekend for training, the water being invigorating and the winds ensured that there was plenty of waves about to strengthen the arms.
