Pete's Channel Swim 2008
I've just come back from a training weekend at Dover where the were 30+ other channel solo swimmers training for their big days. It was a great weekend for training, the water being invigorating and the winds ensured that there was plenty of waves about to strengthen the arms.

Hi Pete,
We are thinking of you loads at the moment and hope that all the conditions are perfect for you. Is the weather right ? ie not raining and not blazing sunshine? Or does the warm air make it colder for you in the water ?
Really hope it all goes well. I will try and look for updates from Jamie over the next couple of days. Hope you arrive in daylight - sleep well !!!
